If you want to report an insurance claim it is important that the claim form subject to your situation is completed. Please make sure that all the required documents are enclosed and send the signed claims form to us by post. Once we have received this information, your claim will be processed. Often our decision whether or not a claim is valid can be based on the information you have provided. Sometimes the assessment of your claim needs additional information. Retrieving this information takes time. Once all information required has been received by us, you will be informed about our final decision in writing.
